and the United States. With two decades of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing
(BPO) industry since 2005, he is dedicated to advancing digital transformation, analytics, and
workforce development. John also serves on the board of the Belize BPO Association, helping to
shape national strategies for sustainable industry growth.
