Maynor currently serves as Market Manager for the Expedia Group covering Belize and the Guatemala — a role he has held for the past three years. Prior to this role, he served as Marketing Director for the Belize Tourism Industry Association (BTIA), and later as Digital Marketing Manager for the Belize Tourism Board (BTB). These positions gave him deep insight into both private-sector tour operations and public-sector destination marketing, enabling him to bridge strategy and execution in digital channels.

Maynor’s digital marketing acumen is built on a foundation of analytics, web development, UX, content strategy and social-media storytelling. He holds a Google Analytics certification and leverages his UX/web development skills to ensure digital assets are

the 1st AI Summit in Belize. In his role as trainer and mentor, he has designed and led

Seminar, and professional-business behaviour seminars for tour-operators and Marketing
& Sales Tactics for the Chamber of Commerce in Belize.

Maynor holds a double major Bachelor of Arts in International Marketing and International
Commerce.
When he’s not immersing himself in digital campaigns, he enjoys travel, photography (he is
an award-winning photographer), and community service. An active member of the Rotary
Club and currently the membership director at the Rotary Sunrise Club of Belize as well as
the next incoming president, he mentors driven young professionals and supports local
